TYRES WITH A LIFETIME GUARANTEE*

We are the local agents for NEXEN, MAXXIS and PRESTIVO tyres, each of which is guaranteed for the lifetime of the tyre provided there is a minimum tread depth of 2mm remaining around the central circumference and for 3/4 of the tread width. 

The guarantee covers manufacturing defects and/or accidental damage whereby the tyre will be repaired free of charge if at all possible.  In the event of the tyre being beyond repair, the tyre will be replaced also free of charge if the tread depth is 8mm or more, otherwise an allowance will be made against the cost of replacement dependent upon the amount of tread remaining.  The allowances are currently:

8mm tread and above remaining      100% allowance

Below 8mm but above 6mm               75% allowance

Below 6mm but above 4mm               50% allowance

Below 4mm but above 2mm               25% allowance

Below 2mm remaining                         Nil allowance

The guarantee does stipulate, however, that a new tubeless valve be fitted and a corrective wheel balance be carried out at the time of repair/replacement.  At our discretion, a small charge may be made for these services.  There are also certain exceptions to the guarantee (such as malicious damage and vandalism) - so please collect a leaflet from us if you are considering making a purchase.
